I am a doc researcher working on hydrocarbon bioremediation and the interface of microbiology and nanotechnology under supervision of Prof. Hamidi Ben Abdul Aziz in the Civil engineering school at Schcampus. I received my bachelor's in Environmental studies in 1986 from Higher institute of technology and my M.Sc. in Environmental Science from the Academy of postgraduate study in 2007.
I gained my first research experience working with microbiology at Institute of technology Applied to Water (Water - Group) under supervision of Prof. Artiza and Prof. Dulami, respectively.
In my M.Sc. course I completed thesis on Environmental Sciences. My M.Sc. Thesis was supervised by Asis. Prof. Mohamed Hamouda Recently, I have interest in learning more about molecular biology applied to microbiology and if possible investigate how the nanomaterials presence alter the microbial ecology in aquatic, sediments and soil environments. Furthermore, I am very interesting in subjects like as discovery of new biosurfactants, biological and environmental applications of the biosurfactants, bioremediation and biodegradation, bioprocess optimization and bioprospection of bioactive molecules.
